Acrobat Reader Download Instructions

Click on the Adobe Acrobat Reader button on the page.

That will take you to the Adobe site.

Follow the instructions to manually install the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader on your system. This involves two steps:

Download

Select the link that says, “Get Acrobat Reader” or "Download Reader". Note that the reader is free.

On the next screen, choose your operating system, and choose whether or not you want to be able to search the chapter files or not by checking or unchecking the little check box for this option on the current screen. Write in your name and email address (email address is required) and then hit the “DOWNLOAD” button.

A new screen will appear and a little box will popup showing the location on your computer that the Adobe Acrobat Reader Installation file will be downloaded to. If you want to change the download location, then do so by selecting your preferred directory. Then hit “SAVE” to close this little box. The download will start immediately.

Installation

Once the download is complete, you must INSTALL the Adobe Acrobat Reader onto your computer. Find the file you just downloaded. It should be called something like ‘ar501enu.exe’ Double click on the file. That will start the Adobe Acrobat Reader installation program. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

You may be prompted to restart your system to complete the installation. Make sure all other work is saved. Restart then follow the steps above to print the chapter.
